How does it cost?
We have different fee structure depends on mode, subject and class. For more information please contact on given number or email us on given contact detail.
How do you take payments?
You can pay online with bank transfer or over the phone with card. Further information please Contact us.
If I chose to start from mid of month do I have to pay half fee?
No, if you start during a half month you will need to pay the whole month fee.
JOINING
What is LMS?
A learning management system (LMS) is a software application or web-based technology used to plan, implement and assess a specific learning process. It is used for eLearning practices.
Do you accept students based outside the Pakistan?
Yes, Brainfield Academy has students from all over the world. Please note: most lessons are start from 15:00 Karachi Pakistan time. (+5 GMT)
What ages does Brainfield cover?
Brainfield starts from Year 13 onwards
What are Brainfield’s entry requirements?
Brainfield Academy do not ask for any grades / entry assessments prior to joining us. Although we conduct an informal interview session with students and parents to know them more and to make our bond stronger as one-school family.
Can students join at anytime?
Yes. Learners can join anytime, although they would be expected to make up some of the work that has been missed depending on the time of year and we strongly recommend speaking to our enquiries team for further recommendations.
How quickly can my child start?
The enrolment process can take on average between 2-3 days to complete, this timescale is dependent on how quickly the admission team received all requested paperwork and all required fee payments. For this reason, we recommend registering to join us at least 1 week before the students intended starting date.
TEACHING AND LEARNING
How can I be sure my child is receiving an exceptional education?
At Brainfield Academy, you can rest assured that your child will receive an excellent education delivered by expert and experienced teaching professionals, Brainfield Academy learners are provided with engaging lessons that keep them motivated.
Do students need text book?
No need to buy any book, our experts provided notes during class.
How can parents interact with teachers?
Yes, our parents can directly email their child’s teachers if they have any specific questions/queries for them. On our portal you will see the teachers names. You can then find the teachers email addresses in the ‘Contacts List’. However for immediate contact, parents can approach us via whatsApp groups and approach to academic coordinator.
How many lessons are there a week?
Depending on which subjects are studied, lessons are generally two hours a week per subject. Depending on Student’s understanding teacher will take Extra class as well.
Are teachers based in the Pakistan?
The majority of our teachers are Pakistan based and we also have some a couple of international teachers. All our teachers are experienced and highly familiar curriculum and online education system Technical.
What classroom software do you use?
Our live online classes are held in Brainfield LMS, which allows us to provide a virtual classroom environment for our students.
TIMINGS
Timings for other countries?
Our lessons take place on Pakistan time with most lessons taking place from 16:00 (+5GMT). If your time zone means you will not be able to attend live lessons, your child can catch up via the lesson recordings which are accessible via the learning hub, If they have questions for their teacher, they will be able to email them directly. Please note they will not be able to call their teacher, only
email.
